To request a refund, you must submit a refund ticket through our Contact Page within the 30-day period. Refund requests made through other means will not be accepted.

4. Exclusions

Please note that domain purchases are non-refundable and are not eligible for this refund policy.

Once a refund request is submitted, we will review the request and process the refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
